Colleges in Toronto are more expensive than that of Vancouver so its not that expensive.

and it's a good college overall

Government college as well.

so I will advise you to study there instead of some cheap private college.

It falls under the SDS category which is for Indian students which give easy visa processing, its visa success rate is considerably high.

fee for one whole year will be around(Vancouver community college - 17000 Canadian dollars 

fee for any college In SDS category will fall under 15-17k Canadian dollars

private college can be as cheap as half of the above-given fee as they have a considerably bad reputation so they decrease there a fee to attract student
