Yes now the UK government has removed IELTS as a mandated requirement from the visa checklist and has given complete discretion to universities and let them decide what are their admission requirements and given complete discretion to universities and let them decide which student is eligible to study in the UK and who is not.
So as the government has removed English as the visa requirement so it does not influence the visa decision of the consulate.

Is the English requirement completely waived off for the UK?

Although the British government has waived off the IELTS requirement it's very obvious that anyone coming to the UK for education will take classes in English so the universities have their own criteria for eligibility assessment.

Questions may vary depending on the profile of the student as each profile is unique so you must prepare accordingly as one student may have opted for studying engineering in graduation and he was a student of Physics, chemistry, and maths in his 12th class, whereas next student wants to study business after mathematics in class 12th so the person next to the student may ask him about program choice, and others may be asked about his financial like who is supporting you financially.

visa and post visa questions don't end easily.

Post-study work visa rules and regulations?

years of strict immigration rule and still it was a great disappointment for the united kingdom economy as 50% of students all over the world stopped opting for the UK which resulted in huge losses so they amended the laws and once again welcomes students from all over the world and offering 2 years of post-study work permit who will be completing their education after the year 2020.

hope fully the UK government will amend their strict laws for permanent residency and citizen as well.

How the coronavirus will impact work.

coronavirus has impacted everything that exists on this planet, overseas travel is a lot impacted by coronavirus so processing might get late but in visa approval and other aspects, it's not going to impact anything except traveling and self-quarantine.
